Steve Scott, President, CEO, is responsible for providing executive leadership and sponsorship for the County and this project. Steve has over 29 years experience in the Systems Engineering Market. Steve has managed the implementation and transition of Correctional Facility Controls for over 10 years. Steve has an additional 20 years in engineering management including Research and Development.

Bill Mostyn, Chief Engineer, is responsible for providing design leadership and direction for the company’s 1220TM hardware platform. Bill has over 39 years experience in product development, including 15 years in public communications and 7 years in the industrial controls market. Bill has managed the development of numerous digital control systems development projects during his career.

Patrick Scott, Field Operations and Team Manager, and the primary single point of contact for the County, has over 7 years of experience in planning, managing and supporting inmate systems, customer accounts, and major projects.

Kevin Kelly, Chief Software Engineer, has more than 7 years experience in Networking Technical Management, Software Development, and will be serving as project manager for the system applications and any required changes to the software. He will monitor all aspects of system installation and implementation and create installation and implementation schedules in conjunction with appropriate customer service representatives.
